We endeavour to serve our customers with complete shopping satisfaction. Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to placing your order.

Exchange

Exchange for only different size is allowed once per order. To make your purchase hassle free, we request to kindly check the size and the product properly prior to the order.

Returns for the exchange needs to be sent within 5 days from the receipt of the product. You can call us on +917728040962 or e-mail us at [email protected] within 48 hrs from the date of receipt of the product. Exchange is applicable only if;

• The product is in its original condition.
• It is not washed, worn and damaged.
• It is in saleable condition.
• It is with the price tag and the clear poly bag intact along with the original invoice.
• Please ensure that all the returned products are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

Please mention your order number in the subject line of your email alongwith the required size or the other product details alongwith your name, address, phone number to help us quickly process your exchanges.

Once the returned product satisfies our quality check, we will exchange the product. Exchange is not allowed merely on the basis that customer did not like the cloth material or the colour. We request to kindly read the details of the cloth and colour mentioned in our website before placing order.

In case of exchange, your new order will be dispatched to you within 3-5 business days after we receive the earlier shipment.

Customers have to bear the shipping cost of sending the product back to us for the exchange. The Exchange product will be sent back to you at the cost of 150/- rs

All the sale & discounted purchase is non exchangeable.

Clothes which are customised, as per the instructions of the customers will not be eligible for exchange or return.

Taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website, for deliveries in India.

For deliveries outside India, custom duties and local taxes have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duties and taxes depend on the policies of your destination country.

For international orders, the customer is himself responsible to bear the to and fro shipping cost for the exchange.In case you would like us to ship the exchanged product locally in India to avoid the additional international shipping fee, we can do the same free of cost.

In all conditions above, Tashi Jaipur reserves the right to process exchange/ refund on a product, based on the product's quality inspection.

Tashi Jaipur reserves the right to reject returns from any particular customer, in case of frequent returns by such customer, which shall mean returns on more than 3 occasions in a financial year.

Validity of gift vouchers and voucher issued for exchange will be valid for 3 months.

Please use the store credit in one go while placing the order. No new store credit will be issued in any circumstances.
