All major debit and credit cards are accepted for domestic deliveries
Netbanking option is provided for most major banks for domestic deliveries only
Online verification and authorization of payment is enabled through payumoney payment gateway.

It takes about 5 business days to process the order at our warehouse in Jaipur and ship the package. In case the product ordered is under production, the processing time may be longer. In such cases, you will be informed by email.
Shipping rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping destination. The final shipping and handling charges will be displayed at the time of checkout when the shipping address is provided
Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at the time of checkout. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before it is returned to us. Please provide the complete and accurate shipping address including PIN and a contact number to ensure faster delivery.
Within India, orders are delivered within 15-20 business days after processing
Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Tashi Jaipur and accept The Tashi Jaipur,s decision regarding the cancellation.
If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.
The deliveries might be a bit delayed from our end. Due to Festive season

Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with information about the shipping agency.
