Lots of Promises, very little action

I had placed an international order on behalf of a friend. Initially, I was informed that delivery would take 15–20 days. However, when I followed up after two weeks, I was told their website was down and asked to share the order details again. Despite providing the order number, they seemed unsure about the order and asked me to reselect the items from their Instagram page.

After finalizing the order again, they assured me that the courier would be dispatched and tracking details shared within a day. However, nothing was dispatched even after 5–6 days, and they had no clue about the tracking information. It took multiple follow-ups and chats on Instagram just to get the tracking number. When I finally received it, the tracking showed that delivery would take another 6–7 days—despite their earlier claim that it would be fast-tracked.

While occasional issues can happen, this wasn’t the first time I faced such poor coordination and lack of follow-through. They tend to make promises during chats but rarely act on them. Unfortunately, the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing due to the repeated lapses in communication and service.
